I've worked in the fitness industry since 2002. My career in health and fitness started in 1989, when I was 8 years old where I undertook martial arts. I competed for Great Britain and in 1997 and 1998 I achieved two silver medals in Shen-Chi-Do. Whilst doing this between 1991 and 1996 I competed for Walthamstow Borough in athletics (100 metres sprint). After completing my black belt in 1996 I embarked on a teaching career in martial arts for 10th dan professor, grand master Sener Dervis. From here on in I've developed my career and began to study human anatomy and physiology. In 2004 I passed the YMCA Fitness Instructor award which allowed me to pursue a career in personal training. I followed this up in 2006 by passing the highly acclaimed WABBA senior personal training award. Throughout my career I have worked with many athlete's and mainstream fitness industry Semi professional rugby and football players. My main specialty is weight loss using my specialized and formulated train system (T-ATTACK SYSTEM) I pride myself in providing a gold standard personal training service for city professionals, offering maximum results in minimum time.
