KICKBOXING H.I.T
T-ATTACK kick boxing will teach you how to execute perfect kicks and punches, whilst improving flexibility, speed and stamina. You will be taught to a level where you'll get the chance to break boards and even train to fighting fit standards (
Competition level). The options and levels are endless, its up to you how far you want to go.
Currently, one popular form of kickboxing is known as aerobic or cardiovascular (cardio) kickboxing, which combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning.
PLYOMETRIC
Plyometric is explosive power training. What we do at T-ATTACK is generate a session where you use 70% or more of your body weight to train; this helps by recruiting more muscle fibers at a time, as well as learning to use explosive power to preform a movement. This method of training is highly used with boxers, rugby players and sprinters.
Speed and strength are integral components of fitness found in varying degrees in virtually all athletic movements. Simply put, the combination of speed and strength is POWER. For many years, coaches and athletes have sought to improve power in order to enhance performance. Throughout this century and no doubt long before, jumping, bounding and hopping exercises have been used in various ways to enhance athletic performance. In recent years, this distinct method of training for power or explosiveness has been termed 'plyometrics'. Whatever the origins of the word, the term is used to describe the method of training that seeks to enhance the explosive reaction of the individual, through powerful muscular contractions because of rapid eccentric contractions.
CORE STRENGTH
One of the hot buzz words flying around the gyms these days is 'core strength.' While dancers and athletes have long known the advantages of having a strong torso, the idea of core strength is just now trickling down to the rest of us.
Think of the body as if its a house, you need a solid foundation before you put up all the fancy brick work. Our core is our foundation without that we would crubile. T-ATTACK SYSTEM teaches you to activate your core system at all times, this will be done with every execerise you do, by doing this you will make your core strength stronger which will help reduce back problems in the future and also help with posture.

Muscle conditioning is very important to our body, by conditioning the muscles we are able to sustain more pressure, stress and fatigue and will still have the energy and power to continue. A major benefit is also the more conditioned your muscles are the more resilient you are to muscular injury.

Metabolism plays a big part in our training, they say its 70% what you eat, to 30% how you train. So with T-ATTACK the workouts are designed to elevate your metabolic rate by doing this you will burn more calories which will enhance weight loss.
SOCIAL TIME
If we have an hour session in the gym, are you actually out of work for an hour and a half??
You take 10 - 15min to walk to the gym and get changed, have your workout, then a quick shower and back to work - this will add to your time and your away from the office for roughly hour an a half, if not longer.
