Katherine Beesley
Nutrition specialist I have always had a passion for sport, playing and coaching both tennis and hockey. This love of sport lead to my completion of a Sports Studies degree in 2001 and then on to a career within the health and fitness industry - spanning seven years so far. Recently I have run the London and Berlin Marathon’s. These experiences led to me realising how important nutrition really is in order to function at our maximal potential. Nutrition and exercise go hand in hand.
Introduction about nutrition and lifestyle…
-Ever heard of the phrase ‘You are what you eat' Do you want more energy and improved performance at work, home and with your training? Does your life revolve round work? Do you struggle to make the right food choices?
Lets face it most of us live in this frantic city where pollution is huge, decent fresh food is hard to come by and fast food is everywhere. The majority of us are stressed out with our lives revolving work and thus we live off sugar, stimulants, processed food, refined grains and tend to only have time to eat one big meal a day. If this sounds like you, let me get you back on track with a structured plan, which will be personalised, balanced & most importantly realistic.
I want to empower you so that you can take control over your own state of well-being.
