T-ATTACK never fails to impress. There trainers have introduced me to muscles I never knew I had and have taught me so many new exercises which has completely changed the way I work out.
At T-ATTACK I train with Taykin Mehmet, Taykin has been the only personal trainer I have had who writes up personal-specific nutritional meal plans as well as workout plans tailored to my likes and needs.
T has covered all forms of training with me including boxing, cardio and weights - as well as a few fun morning group training sessions outside over the summer! There is no chance of having a half hearted workout with T - he is inspirational and pushes you to get the best out of your time with him. T is also fun and friendly and has become a good friend over the time i have known him. I have felt great after every workout and would recommend T-ATTACK FITNESS to anyone!

I was initially recommended to train with T-ATTACK FITNESS by a couple of people who were really impressed with there training style's and results and who in particular recommended them for there boxing and kick boxing training. Having worked with T-ATTACK FITNESS for quite a while now, I can honestly say that they are 100% dedicated to ensure that there clients work hard and achieve their goals. T-ATTACK draws on experience in a number of disciplines and techniques, including boxing and army training, to provide a wide variety of exercises and advice that keep sessions interesting and challenging. One of the great things that I have found with T-ATTACK and which I value them the most for (even though I may not always show it at the time!) is that they know what I am capable of and pushes me to achieve goals that I wouldn't believe where possible or have the motivation to attain on my own. My trainer also focuses not just on fitness and toning but general wellbeing and has helped me personally to try and tackle posture related issues. These skills combined with there humour makes T-ATTACK FITNESS a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend there services.
